- Check furnace filter
- Inspect furnace cabinet
- Inspect blower wheel
- Inspect blower motor and record amp draw (lubricate as needed)
- Inspect flame sensor or thermocouple
- Inspect gas burners, burner ignition system, and assembly
- Check and adjust high limit control
- Inspect heat exchanger for corrosion, separations, cracks, or obstructions
- Test for carbon monoxide emissions
- Inspect gas lines and connections
- Inspect gas valve for corrosion, leaks, or restrictions
- Check and adjust gas pressure
- Check gas orifice for proper size
- Inspect readily accessible ducts for obvious air leaks

We provide free estimates for all new heating and cooling system installations. If you need us to repair a faulty heating or cooling system we charge a $40 service fee to evaluate your problem. However, if you choose to use our service for the repair we will deduct this evaluation fee from your overall bill.

A few years ago Paul Johnson Installed my Fujitsu Air/Heating unit in our masterbedroom by his suggestion. The unit is fantastic and is also an air filter unit as well. The installation went really well and I couldnt have been happier.
